A former Loma Linda University Medical Center clerical worker faces four counts of felony workers’ compensation insurance fraud and one count of perjury in connection with statements about on-the-job injuries that prosecutors say were untrue.

Tameca Lavonne Tyler-Willie, 44, of San Bernardino, pleaded not guilty on Friday, Nov. 7, in San Bernardino County Superior Court, according to court records. She has a hearing set for Jan. 16.
